See this $25,000 settlement for an injured man who claimed that a car accident caused or aggravated his injuries.

The accident occurred in Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida. His injuries included a herniated disc, back and shoulder pain. He also had a hand and elbow injury.

This was a rear end car accident. Infinity insured the driver who caused the crash. However, he didn't have any bodily injury liability insurance.
